Short Term Agreement
You pay 18% of your gross income each month.
This agreement is for you, if you do not want to enter a long rent guaranteed payment and unbothered about changes to monthly rent. You will take care of all the maintenance cost and the bills while we do the customer service, guest management, property listing, marketing and cleaning.
Long Term Lease Agreement
You will get 6% of the net profit plus fixed market rent payment
This agreement is for you, if you want to enter a long rent guaranteed payment between 2-5, were we pay you a fixed market rent plus 6% share of the net profit. We take care of all the maintenance cost, pay the bills, do the customer service, guest management, property listing, marketing and cleaning except major repairs. This is complete hands off
We can move very quickly on either choice. The condition of your property is one thing we can’t tell without seeing it. We have a very high standard for customer satisfaction that we have to keep up, so there may be an initial setup step that needs to be done.
